Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping Fees
Free delivery on all orders above AED 150.
A flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across all Emirates.
A COD service charge of AED 5 applies to all cash-on-delivery orders.
Please ensure your mobile number is active for order confirmation and delivery coordination.
Kindly have the exact amount ready upon delivery to ensure a smooth process.
